It's an overcast, drippy, rainy day here today...perfect for staying inside and glazing! I just unloaded a big batch of window pendants and have another kiln load going already. There are four of the bright aqua leafy window pendants in stock and ready for immediate shipping here. I have plenty more bisque fired and ready for glazing after that.
After I package up a few orders and whip up a couple of small custom jewelry orders I will update this post with some new item photos. I have slowly been adding items with my newest glazes to the site but I haven't had a chance to finish my new glaze chart so they can be seen at a glance.

Exciting news!
I just found out that one of my pendants has been used in a project featured in the current issue of Stringing Magazine (Spring 2008 issue). A big thanks to Melanie of Earthenwood Studio for giving me the heads up. You'll see one of my bright aqua leafy pendants incorporated into a necklace by Michelle Mach along with Melanie's adorable sea bird and nest charms.
I will have a limited number of Melanie's charms on hand and she will have some of my pendants for anyone who might like to have one stop ceramic shopping to make the project! This pendant style is $10 and available in several patterns and glazes made to order. I'll update with links to items that are made and in stock once I can get a kiln load finished!
This is the first time that I'm aware of one of my pendants making it into print so I'm quite celebratory! I think that I'll have to come up with some type of incentive for all you jewelry designers to get your pieces using any of my ceramic beads/pendants featured in beading magazines. Hmmmm...maybe some reward pendants of your choosing for each project pictured in a magazine that credits Chinook Jewelry as a materials source? I think that would work nicely!
Now I'm off to make a big load of pendants and re-stock my supply of the cut-out window design...
