I'm a brand new crocheter. I've made half of one other blanket...that I put aside when I discovered that my cousin was going to have a baby! I started working on this blanket about a month and a half ago. I was getting approximately one row done a week, which I thought wasn't that bad, until I realized towards the end of last week that the blanket was only half done and that the party is....TODAY!
Over the last week I've crocheted approximately 6 squares a day, and then attached them. I also had to weave in all the ends for those rows. I'm not picking up a crochet hook for at LEAST a week after this little marathon of mine :P Actually it'll be longer than that because my next yarn project is a scarf that I'm knitting...
