Thursday Five

I think I wake up too early for Mrs. Gambizzle who does the real Thursday Five!

So, here I go..making up my own words again!

This week has been great, but these are the five things that have made me

Joyful

Giddy

Excited

 

Jubilant

Thankful

 

1. I have finally taken control of Miley's barking. She has a spray collar. Not a shock collar. When she does her stupid non-stop barking, for no reason at all...a puff of citronella comes out. Apparently dogs don't like that smell. It was amazing yesterday, Miley was a little angel!

 

2. Fall weather has come to North Carolina! Yesterday I lit some pumpkin spice candles and opened all the windows. The breeze felt so good! Hopefully the air conditioner will be off for good! Fall baking will be taking place today, apple cider donuts...yum!

 

3. Speaking of Mrs. Gambizzle we're planning to (finally) meet up in November! Very, very excited about that!

 

4. I love that my husband loves eating different things for dinner. We've been married for almost 7 months and have yet to have a repeat meal (except for my amazing buffalo chicken mac and cheese!) We went grocery shopping last night...this weeks meals include chorizo and butternut squash enchiladas, sweet potato shepherds pie, and beer and cheese soup (I've made it before..but the fall weather is just screaming COMFORT FOOD to me!)
