As most of my readers know, I lost my job in August here in Dallas. Well, I'm glad to tell you that I accepted a job this week. I'm anxious to get back to work for a paycheck! I will be working for the largest distribution company for Overhead Door as a Marketing Manager. I will be responsible for cities marketing initiatives in cities such as Kansas City, Atlanta, Las Vegas and more! It's a big job and I'm excited to start it. I already have so many ideas running through my head. The other great thing about this position is that it has me moving back home to Kansas City. Of course, the family is excited and so are my friends.
I hope to be back in Kansas City mid December. I'll know more next week. On Tuesday I have a couple of apartments to check out and then that will determine my move date. So it's driving me nuts, having accepted and having to wait! I'm like, get it done already.
I should still be able to keep up on my jewelry promotions, atleast I hope. We're so lucky now this day and age to just pack up the business in the car and move hundreds of miles away.
