Fall Wear-to-Work Giveaway

As promised, here are the entries for the Fall wear-to-work giveaway. Even though there were only 3 participants, I was unable to pick a winner, because I would hands down wear and love each of these outfits. So I took the easy way out and drew 1 out of 3 names from a cup. Congrats ... Nukem! I'll be emailing your gift card code shortly.

Now, the entries:
1. Liane is super petite, at a little under 5ft, 80~85 lbs, 5.5 shoes. Her sweater dress is from Ann Taylor Loft, size PXXS.

Love the cowl neck and how cozy it looks. Somehow she managed to get this at 70% off, which is nuts since it's still online for full price! Looks like it's only left online in XXS, too. The stretch belt was a gift, it really makes the outfit by cinching her tiny waist. I'm still on the hunt for one after the BR's elastic belt missed the mark. Shoes are BCBGirls Loberto platform boots...gorgeous while adding some height.

2. Ashley looks about my size, but taller. Her sweater (PXXS) and cami (XS) are both from Ann Taylor Loft, and the skirt (00) is from White House Black Market. I would never think to wear floral print or bright colors in the Fall, and that just goes to show how boring and conservative my style has become. Fuschia is one of my favorite colors, and I love how pulled together this outfit looks.

Ashley's bag is from Kate Spade and the pumps are Nine West. My interest was immediately piqued by the bright bag...sadly my profession requires me to haul a 6lb clunker laptop to and from work every day. I have been looking for over a year for a fashionable solution that would not overwhelm me or be too heavy.

3. Nukem was kind to share not 1 but 3 of her favorite Fall outfits. She is 4'11, 95lbs, and 5 ~ 5.5 in shoes. And wait til you see these shoes!

Pic 1: Wrap dress is the "Jeanne Mini" by none other than everyone's favorite wrap dress maker Diane Von Furstenberg. I didn't even know the "mini" existed, but apparently it has a shorter hem and sleeves...perfect! The dress on her is a size 2 (for more cleavage coverage than a 0), and the sleeves were hemmed to 3/4 length. Necklace is from WHBM, and shoes are Jimmy Choo Peony boots, which she says are perfect for girls with smaller calves.

Pic 2: Stretchy pencil skirt from Ann Taylor (00P), gold mini belt from AT LOFT, and 3/4 sleeve sweater from the Gap (XS). Nukem simply transforms this outfit for the Fall/Winter with a pair of tights (the absolute one item I can't live without, since I love wearing skirts/dresses despite subzero temperature). Again, loving the bright fuschia : ) Shoes are Manolo Blahnik "Campari" maryjanes.

Pic 3: Trouser jeans by Joe's Jeans (26), blue knit top (XS) and black wrap sweater (PXS) both by Banana Republic. I'm a big fan of the trouser jean. I have a gray pair from Theory (in 00) and get very excited when a cilent has "casual Fridays" so that I can break them out. I also love how Nukem wore the wrap sweater over the longer sleeved knit, creating a contemporary silhouette. Shoes are Cole Haan peep toe pumps. You can only see a teensy bit of the pumps, but I can tell that they are gorg!

A big thank you to all three ladies for taking the time to share. I got to see a lot of petite-friendly elements that I sorely need to incorporate into my own wardrobe (sweater dress, waist belt, bright colors, prints, perfect tote, wrap dress, gosh this list could go on). Also a big thank you to AlterationsNeeded for spreading the word to her readers. Take care, everyone ... more giveaways to come : )
